Acne is one of the most common chronic diseases of the skin. It typically starts with blackheads, which are formed because of the formation of oil and dead cells inside a clogged pore. Its easy to get involved in your industry and its jargon and its not until you step out of the box into another persons industry or domain that you can self reflect on your niche in the market and take a fresh look at how you speak to your client base and explain how your industry works.

Groupwise storage solutions for example could have myriads of explanatory notes with it, but to the uninitiated its nothing more than gobbledygook. I am sure that there are groupwise forums out there where, if you are will to find out more and ask the right questions about storage and archiving that you find a fastidious helper to explain it all to you.

In the mean time I would like to see more jargon free literature online with some-one telling it to me like I was a three year old, ( quote from the Jury room in the movie ‘Philadelphia’) 

It really depends how long you’ve been around to know whether you can sit at your desk as a Real Estate Agent and kick the trash can muttering flipping houses or, if you have been around a while, you have seen the downs in a bear property market and know you just have to dig a little deeper to make the sale.
Of course a flipping houses blog isn’t a blog with sentiment, but a resource about that well known investment strategy of turning an investment over for a profit.

In this bear market it is always good to get tips on flipping houses . If fact, the more the better. Get all sides of the arguement before deciding the best way of investing in Real Estate. Bear Markets have their pitfalls but they also have their upsides. With a  falling market you will nearly always find a higher rate of foreclosure and real estate auctions are plenty.
Real Estate Investing seminars are also a good source of information. Most important though is to take a no rush perspective when investing. Do your homework and research all sides before committing.

There was an article in the Sunday Times supplement this week on what makes women happy. Various journalists and authors were asked to write a piece outlining their thoughts on a subject with not surprisingly, many points of view.

As a person with a little experience of the opposite sex…and you’ve got to remember they are called the opposite sex for a reason, I thought I would chip in with my four penneth and give you my esteemed opinion on what makes women happy.

Now you may be wondering why I have spelt mail in the title as I have instead of the usual accepted spelling. The idea was to weave a story  about e mail servers within the article and whilst telling you of the  important factors that give fe mail bliss also incorporate something about the  wonders of alternative e mail servers like the ones that Novell Groupwise provide.

Complication was the key as when you get into the groupwise archiving solutions and groupwise storage solutions you start to see a pattern that reminded me of the articles in the Times last week. Both subjects left me feeling bewildered and with both I came to the same conclusions. Both seemingly have no discernable correct answer. Both to some degree went over my head. Of the two solutions to solve…Groupwise or women I would find it difficult to choose between them.

So maybe its best to leave women…and groupwise to the same fate. Its difficult enough to know what makes me happy. Why should I worry about them. Ultimately a women will find her way and if you fit the bill then you will find yourself included in that womans life.

I was talking to an Agent yesterday who told me that the rental market was as flat as the Property sales market! It came as somewhat of a surprise as I had been told earlier in the month that agents who dealt in both villa rentals and sales seemed to be surviving on the income they got from rentals whilst the market in sales stewed.

It hasn’t helped that interest rates and the knock on effect they have had on exchange rates has gone against the GBP meaning that the reduction in property prices that has taken place over the past few months has all but been wiped out by the strength of the Euro against the pound

Rentals in places like Javea and Moraira seem to be getting a mixed bag of indicators. Talking to Agents in Moraira and some would have you believe that Moraira Villa Rentals for 2008 were fully booked. Maybe its the fact that Apartments rentals in Javea are suffering from an oversupply from the hundreds of new properties that have come onto the market in recent year or two.

Whichever of the dichotomous tales is true, holiday rentals in Spain are the only thing keeping the wolf from the door for a lot of Agents at the moment.
